The numbers

Eleven figures, each with what it cannot show

Data pieces present figures and omit their limits. Each of these eleven has a sentence about what it does not measure, which is usually the interesting part.

What the figures show

Population, housing, transport, and employment across the parish since 2001. All from published sources and all linked.

What they do not

Seasonal population, which is substantial here and is not measured at all. Every figure below is affected by that and none of them says so.

Where they came from

Census, council tax records, and two freedom of information requests. The requests and responses are published in full.

All source data is published and downloadable. Corrections to any figure are welcome and get printed.
