Moosewave
Demo

Your marketing, connected from idea to result.

Build a campaign on your desktop, approve it from your phone, and review delivery and results in the same campaign. Customer choices, automations, messages, integrations, and analytics stay up to date.

Moosewave is designed for self-serve use. Public account creation is not open on this website yet; the guided demo uses sample data and sends nothing.

Product update

Your draft is safe

Keep working on desktop. We will let you know when a decision needs you.

Same campaign · same latest version

Example Moosewave workflow shown with sample data. Desktop keeps the detail; phone keeps the next decision clear.

The everyday workflow

Create, approve, and learn without rebuilding the campaign.

The desktop shows the complete campaign. The phone shows the next decision. Both use the same audience, version, approval, delivery status, and results.

  1. Create

Use the desktop for writing, comparing, building audiences, and seeing the whole campaign.

  2. Approve

The phone shows the exact change and the next decision, without squeezing in the whole dashboard.

  3. Learn

The approval, delivery information, responses, and sales come back to the work that started them.

One customer, one current record

A customer’s latest choice updates every relevant message.

If someone changes their email frequency or makes a purchase, Moosewave uses that change when deciding who should receive the next campaign or automation.

When this customer changes a preference or makes a purchase, the relevant audiences, automations, campaigns, and reports use that update.

When plans change

If work stops, Moosewave shows what happened and what to do next.

A weak connection or slow provider is not shown as a successful action. Moosewave keeps the latest saved work and explains what needs attention before you continue.

  • The connection drops

Continue from your latest saved work.

When you reconnect, Moosewave checks for newer changes before continuing.

  • Permission changes

An old link cannot bypass access rules.

Moosewave checks permission again before an important action is completed.

  • A provider is slow

Check the result before trying again.

A timeout is not marked as success, and the same action is not repeated without a check.

  • A screen cannot finish

Continue on a screen that can finish it.

Moosewave opens the relevant screen with the customer or campaign already selected.

Work where it makes sense

Use desktop for detailed work and phone for quick decisions.

Each app shows the controls needed for that job while using the same current customer and campaign information.

  • Desktop

Build and review the full campaign.

Write, compare versions, build audiences, and investigate delivery details.

  • Phone

    Handle a quick decision.

Approve, pause, reply, or check an important update from your phone.

  • Web

Use the full workspace in a browser.

Open the complete campaign and customer view without installing an app.

  • API, SDK, and CLI

Connect product data and internal tools.

Developer tools use the same campaign and customer records as the Moosewave apps.

  • Integrations

    See what is syncing.

Connection status shows what is up to date and what needs attention.

  • AI assistants

Draft and investigate with a review step.

AI can suggest a change while important actions remain visible for review.

For developers and technical teams

API, SDK, CLI, webhooks, and MCP clients work with the same customer and campaign records as the Moosewave interfaces. Permissions are checked before important actions, progress is visible, and integrations explain what moves and when a connection needs attention.

Your team stays in control

Opening a link does not grant permission to make a change.

Moosewave checks who can act before an important change. Approvals show what changed, notifications do not carry hidden access, and the activity history records who suggested, approved, and completed the work.

Questions about the Moosewave ecosystem

Plain answers about moving between devices, staying in control, and connecting the tools your team already uses.

What is the Moosewave ecosystem?

Moosewave keeps campaigns, customer choices, permissions, automations, delivery status, approvals, and results up to date across its desktop, phone, and web apps, as well as connected developer tools and integrations.

Is Moosewave the same screen on every device?

No. Desktop gives detailed work room to breathe, while the phone focuses on quick decisions and useful updates. Both use the same current campaign, customer, permission, and result.

Do I need to use every Moosewave app?

No. Use the browser, desktop app, phone, developer tools, or integrations that fit your team. Every option uses the same current campaign and customer information.

Can someone approve a campaign from their phone?

Yes, for supported approvals. The phone shows the campaign version, important changes, audience, and readiness information needed for the decision, then records the approval with the campaign.

What happens if I lose connection?

Moosewave saves supported offline work and checks the latest permission and version before continuing after reconnection. If something changed, it explains the conflict instead of silently overwriting work.

How do integrations and AI assistants fit in?

They use the same customers, campaigns, and activity history as the Moosewave apps. Their access is limited, important changes stay reviewable, and each connection shows whether it is working.
