1. Who you are contracting with

This website at moosewave.com is operated by Horizonfold Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Horizonfold Labs LLP. "You" means the person using this website.

The registered office, LLPIN, limited-liability statement, and grievance contact are published in the legal notice.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website, the Moosewave product-update subscription, and the public template editor and AI proposal feature. They do not govern a signed-in Moosewave product account.

When self-serve account signup opens, product use will be governed by separate terms presented before an account is created. Subscribing to updates does not create an account or a right to paid services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit an email address you are not entitled to use;
• use automated means to submit the product-update form, or attempt to circumvent its abuse controls;
• circumvent template-generation limits, probe the AI service, or use it to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing content;
• submit personal, confidential, customer, regulated, or third-party information to the public AI template customizer;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting infrastructure;
• interfere with the site's operation or availability for others; or
• copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site's content for a competing commercial purpose.

4. AI template proposals

The public template customizer uses Google Gemini to propose changes to selected text fields in an illustrative email preview. It does not generate executable HTML, save a workspace draft, download files, choose an audience, schedule a campaign, or send an email.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, similar to output produced for someone else, or unsuitable for your facts, audience, brand, or legal duties. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every proposal before using it. A proposal is not professional, legal, compliance, security, or deliverability advice.

The customizer is for professional or business use by adults aged 18 or over. Do not enter personal, confidential, customer, regulated, or third-party information. How Google and we process a generation request is explained in the privacy policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content on this website, text, design, code, the Moosewave name, and the Moosewave mark, is owned by Horizonfold Labs LLP or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read, link to, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not given.

You must have the right to submit any instruction or draft text you enter. You give us and our service providers a limited right to process that material only to provide and secure the requested proposal. We do not claim ownership of the text Gemini proposes, but the underlying Moosewave template, layout, code, name, and mark remain protected, and similar output may be produced for others.

6. Product information and examples

This website describes the Moosewave product and its intended self-serve model. The public website does not currently provide a signed-in product account, and capability descriptions may change before account signup opens.

Nothing on this site is a warranty, guarantee, or contractual commitment about future availability, capability, or price. Confirm a material purchasing or planning requirement with us in writing.

Illustrative interface images on this site are labelled as such. They are representations, not screenshots of a running system, and they do not depict any real account's data or results.

7. Product updates

Subscribing means we may email you about meaningful product changes, self-serve account availability, and public pricing. It is an email subscription, not an access request or queue.

You can unsubscribe using the mechanism in any update or by emailing us. The initial confirmation email only verifies your request and does not subscribe you unless you confirm. How we handle the personal data you give us is set out in the privacy policy.

8. Availability

We provide this website, including public AI proposals, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available after a usage limit is reached, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and terms implied by statute or common law in relation to this website.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date below indicates when it last changed.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of India.

The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings for breach of intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction where the breach occurs.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a mandatory right or remedy that applicable law does not allow these terms to exclude.
