A neighbourhood plan is legally binding, unlike most consultations
What it can do
Set where development goes, what it looks like, and what green space is protected. Those decisions become legally binding once the plan is made.
What it cannot do
Stop development altogether, or reduce the housing number set above us. Pretending otherwise is how these processes lose people's trust.
How to take part
Six questions, about fifteen minutes, or come to any of the three drop-ins. Both count equally and both are read by a person.
