Limited edition

Sixty, because that is what the plate will bear

Artificial scarcity is common and dishonest. This edition is sixty because the copper plate loses definition after about that many pulls.

Why sixty

Drypoint burr wears with each pass through the press. By print sixty the line has visibly softened, which is where we stop.

What you get

A print, a signed certificate, and the number written on both. Unmounted, on 300 gsm cotton rag.

What happens to the plate

It is scored across the corner after the last pull, photographed, and the photograph goes with the edition record.

We announce editions to this list first, about four times a year. Unsubscribing takes one tap and no explanation.
