Twenty-four units, and below that retail is the better deal
Trade minimums are often hidden until the third email. Ours is twenty-four, and under that the retail price plus free delivery beats the trade price plus carriage.
The minimum
Twenty-four units per order. There is no annual minimum and no requirement to order regularly.
The discount
Thirty-five percent off retail, rising to forty at ninety-six units. There is no negotiation above that and no secret tier.
Payment terms
Thirty days from the second order. The first is prepaid, which is about us not knowing you rather than about you.
