Broadband campaign

Sixty signatures triggers the build. Complaints do not

The scheme is demand-led: sixty registered households unlocks the funding. Letters to the council achieve nothing at all and about forty people have written them.

How it works

Sixty households registering an intent to take a service triggers the subsidy. Registration commits you to nothing and costs nothing.

Where we are

Forty-one registered. Nineteen more and the build is funded; below sixty and it is not, and there is no partial version.

The honest caveat

Registration is not a contract, and if too many people register and then do not take a service, the scheme can be withdrawn later.

We write monthly while the campaign runs. It concludes either way in September.
