What we can repair
Zips, cuffs, linings, and the two failure points on the shoulder seam. Roughly four in five garments that come back.
What we cannot
Anything where the outer fabric has worn through across a large area. We will tell you before charging rather than after.
What it costs
Twenty-eight pounds including return postage, whatever the repair. A flat rate is simpler and usually cheaper than an estimate.
