Four thousand photographs, scanned one at a time, and it is dull
The work
Scanning, naming, and recording. Two hours at a time in the back room, with a radio on. Genuinely repetitive.
The interesting part
About one photograph in fifty is remarkable, and you are the first person to look at it properly in sixty years. That keeps people coming.
What is needed
Six people for two hours a fortnight, and one person who recognises faces from the nineteen sixties. The second is harder to find.
