### Anybody can take produce, whether or not they have done any work

Linking work to produce turns a garden into an accounting exercise. Anybody can take anything, and it has never been a problem in six years.

#### Taking

Anybody, any time, whatever is ready. There is no rota, no record, and no expectation that taking is repaid with work.

#### Working

Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, or whenever suits. About nine regulars and a great many people who come twice a year.

#### What is needed

Watering in July and August, which is when volunteering drops and demand peaks. That fortnight rota is the only thing we ask people to sign.
