#### The group

Thursday mornings, two hours, about eleven people. Tea, conversation, and occasionally somebody from the council who can answer questions.

#### Sitting cover

Arranged free through the volunteer scheme with a week's notice. Trained sitters and the same person each time wherever possible.

#### What it is not

Therapy, and not a route into being assessed for anything. Several people come purely to be somewhere nobody needs them for two hours.
