### Two seconds between numbers, which is deliberately slow

Fast calling excludes anybody who is not quick with a pen. Two seconds between numbers means everybody plays and the evening takes ten minutes longer.

#### The pace

About two seconds between numbers, and the caller repeats every number once. Nobody has to keep up and nobody is hurried.

#### Large print

Cards in two sizes and a magnifier at every table. Both are on the tables rather than asked for at the desk.

#### What it costs

Five pounds for a book of six games. Prizes are mostly things people have donated and are cheerfully unglamorous.
