Withdrawal

### Three readers had a bad experience, which is enough to withdraw a recommendation

I recommended a supplier in June on the basis of my own good experience. Three readers have since had poor ones, which is more evidence than I had.

#### What I said

That they were reliable and reasonably priced, based on two orders of my own. That was a small sample and I presented it as more.

#### What happened

Three readers reported late delivery and unanswered messages. All three had ordered after reading the recommendation.

#### What I have done

Withdrawn the recommendation with a note on the original piece, and written to the supplier, who has not replied.
